Project Synopsis

In this unique tenant improvement project, we worked with owners of a new location to expand and improve their canine boarding and grooming business. The scope included renovating an existing warehouse into dog kennels, play areas, and grooming stations that would impress even the most pampered of pooches.

Challenges

Once the interior slab flooring was opened, it was clear that the underlying soil conditions would not support the design plan of the new facility. Spyder effectively partnered with both structural engineers and the City of Denver to address changes, revise structural plans, and re-submit plans without substantially delaying project completion.

Results

The owners successfully relocated their business to a like-new facility maintaining their top-rated dog daycare and dog boarding facilities in Denver, Colorado.
