The Regency is one of Denver’s premier student housing communities committed to providing an amenity-rich living experience near Auraria Campus. So, when Spyder was selected to take on The Regency’s half- million-dollar-plus renovation, the bar had been set high.
Challenges
Spyder is an expert at working in occupied spaces, but special consideration was paid to work hours and the need for college students to have quiet time to study. When it came to style and finishes, Spyder made certain that design choices were on-trend for the student-oriented property.
