Project Synopsis
This project consisted of renovating a clubhouse and two amenity spaces simultaneously. Spyder extensively renovated all three spaces including an indoor-outdoor beer garden-themed amenity space, ski simulator room, access-controlled package room, new leasing offices, fitness centers, and conference rooms.
