Spyder Construction is committed to supporting our clients in achieving compliance with the Energize Denver Initiative’s energy performance standards. Through a large-scale window replacement project, we are helping enhance energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve indoor comfort for residents. Collaborating closely with the building’s ownership and management team, Spyder Construction developed a comprehensive four-year energy upgrade plan, replacing several thousand windows and patio doors across 600 units to meet the initiative’s goals and requirements.
