Project Synopsis
Following a destructive condominium fire that impacted five privately owned units and the clubhouse, Spyder was called on to work with the Telluride HOA board of directors and five property owners to provide complex and challenging restoration construction services.
Challenges
Whenever a construction contractor must work with more than one customer and their individual insurance providers, the complexity of the restoration expands exponentially with each additional property owner. Spyder’s unique approach to project management and customer service provides proper balance and expertise to these complicated projects.
Results
The fire restoration was completed as planned and within budget.
