Project Synopsis
After the existing perimeter walls failed on this multi-family structure, Spyder Construction was brought in to replace the failing wood walls and install block foundation on ten three-story buildings throughout the complex.
Challenges
While foundation repairs were completed on lower and subterranean levels of each building, we were able to safely keep the upper level units occupied for the property owner with little to no disruption to the tenants.
Results
Each building within the Skyview Apartment complex was reinforced and repaired to proper engineering standards ensuring a robust and solid foundation for the property. All lower units were restored to safe, updated, and livable spaces for future renters. The project was completed on time and within budget.
