Project Synopsis
Spyder Construction was selected to complete the interior renovation of the 6,000 SF multi-family clubhouse at The Pilot House apartments.
Challenges
Renovation of the clubhouse required the Spyder Team to create an open floor plan within a pre-existing structure. We were requested to remove load bearing walls by adding 45′ beams to transfer the structural loads and allow the design to come to life.
Results
The property owner was thrilled with Spyder’s execution of the high-end millwork and the overall outcome. The project was completed on time, within budget and with no safety issues.
