Project Synopsis
The project consisted of interior and exterior renovations. These renovations included demolishing all drywall, flooring, and various walls throughout the existing structure. Interior framing was completed to change the floor plan of the area creating lounges, sunrooms, indoor/outdoor patios, and co-working spaces. The project consisted of 3 clubhouses completed simultaneously.
Challenges
The renovations that Spyder delivered for this client brought new life and functionality to this upscale multi-family complex. These improvements not only enhance the living experience for residents but will also contribute to the long-term success and profitability of the property.
