Project Synopsis
Spyder Construction partnered with Greystar to renovate three distinct pool and amenity areas at the Palomino Park multifamily complex. Each space received upgraded fire features, outdoor kitchens, pools and spas, detailed landscaping, energy-efficient lighting, and new perimeter fencing. One site also included a splash pad. All features were designed for long-term durability, blending modern aesthetics with materials suited for high-use community environments.
Challenges
Varying layouts across the three sites required tailored logistics, tight sequencing, and close coordination with multiple vendors. The complexity of custom features demanded careful planning and precise execution to stay on schedule and meet design expectations.
