Project Synopsis
Spyder Construction was hired by Rocky Mountain Communities to repair the exterior of several buildings following a major hailstorm. Before starting the work, Spyder worked directly with the client’s insurance adjustor to agree on needed repairs, ensuring a fair outcome for all stakeholders.
The project included full replacement of asphalt shingles and metal roofing, along with targeted repairs to EDPM flat roof areas. New gutter systems and coping caps were installed to improve drainage and ensure long-term weather protection. In addition to the roofing work, the scope included stucco repairs and re-dashing, as well as selective window repairs and replacements..
RESULTS
Spyder successfully delivered a coordinated, multi-scope restoration that met both the immediate needs of the property and long-term ownership goals. By maintaining clear communication with ownership and carefully phasing the work, Spyder minimized disruptions to residents while keeping the project on schedule.
