Project Synopsis
The Fairways at Racoon Creek Apartment project involved the replacement of 1088 windows bringing new life to this aging multi-family complex. Before work commenced, Spyder performed a Proof-of-Concept on three different window units to address the variability of siding and masonry combinations across the complex. By taking this extra step, we ensured all stakeholders understood the project parameters and confirmed replacement window measurements to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances during the course of construction.
Challenges
A project of this magnitude requires precise schedule management and material procurement to ensure the tenants of this occupied structure were minimally impacted during the window replacement process. Spyder’s keen ability to not only coordinate with multiple trade partners but also interface directly with the tenants is one of our many strengths.
Results
Spyder delivered all new exterior finishes with underlying structural support while keeping units occupied throughout construction.
