Project Synopsis
Spyder Construction was brought in to complete the full restoration of a single fire-damaged apartment unit within a multi-family complex. The scope included a full gut and complete interior reconstruction of the affected unit. Additionally, nine neighboring units required ceiling drywall repairs, flooring replacement, new appliances, and partial painting due to fire suppression efforts. While Spyder is best known for large-scale disaster recovery, this project highlights our ability to deliver the same high level of expertise, quality, safety, and communication on smaller-scale restorations—providing professional results regardless of project size.
RESULTS
Spyder Construction completed the project on time and without incident, fully restoring the fire-affected unit and completing all related repairs to the satisfaction of both ownership and residents. Work was performed in an occupied building with minimal disruption to tenants. Following asbestos abatement and permitting, reconstruction was completed in just six weeks—allowing the property to quickly return to full occupancy.
