Project Synopsis
After a severe hailstorm swept through the Denver area, the Emblem Gateway community required immediate exterior restoration. This project included full roof and gutter replacement, featuring shingles that meet Denver’s cool roof building code requirements and new standing seam metal roofing to enhance durability and storm resistance. Damaged windows and surrounding masonry were replaced, followed by a full exterior repaint to restore and refresh the property’s appearance.
An often-overlooked consequence of hailstorms is the damage to systems beyond the roof and windows. Spyder’s scope also included replacement of parking lot light fixtures and repairs to outdoor HVAC units.
RESULTS
By managing the entire scope of work—from roofing and masonry to HVAC and lighting— Spyder ensured a smooth, coordinated restoration that minimized resident disruption and fully returned the property to its pre-storm condition.
