Project Synopsis

Cityline Station is an exciting adaptive reuse project with a vision to convert a 1960s senior living facility into a modern multifamily campus. The project consists of the redevelopment of multiple structures across 16 acres including a conversion and retrofit of an eclectic mix of building sizes and types.

Challenges

With the conversion of structures, both the developer and the City of Greeley were required to make upgrades to city utilities to meet current building code compliance and safety standards. Spyder helped to navigate the redevelopment process which ultimately resulted in win-win infrastructure changes for both the developer and the City of Greeley.

Results

This large structural renovation was completed on time, within budget and without a safety incident.
