Project Synopsis
Spyder Construction was contracted to complete a full interior renovation of the clubhouse. The team worked closely with one of Denver’s top interior design firms to bring their vision to life. The work included high-end finishes, unique railings, contemporary wood and tile flooring, and installing contemporary light fixtures. Details included glass walls, a bar/lounge area, a new desk, and mail room.
Challenges
Due to limited space and a lack of unoccupied units, the clubhouse needed to remain occupied during construction. Spyder worked closely with onsite management to complete the work in an occupied space.
Results
Even with the challenge of working in an occupied space, the project was delivered on time and on budget. Both the design team and the ownership group where extremely pleased with the finished product.
