Project Synopsis
This large fire extensively damaged eight units at the Cherry Creek Abbey Apartments. The severity of the fire damage required the evacuation of all residents in the affected building so that the restoration work could be completed.
Challenges
Anytime residents must vacate their units for an extended period, this creates enormous strain on them, requiring the property owner and general contractor to complete the project safely but quickly. As often happens, the owner of the Cherry Creek Abbey decided to utilize this construction time to update the affected units.
Results
Spyder moved to quickly restore the eight units damaged by the fire as well as other property renovations. The project was completed with no safety incidents, on schedule, and on budget, making for delighted residents and a happy owner.
