The Bridgwater Apartments in Greenwood Village, Colorado, experienced multiple failing retaining walls due to insufficient drainage and deviations from industry-standard practices in the original construction. Spyder collaborated with our trade partners to develop engineered plans and offer a repair solution. This solution involved demolishing the existing wall, regrading the area, installing drainage systems, and addressing landscaping issues.
Results
