Project Synopsis
Necessitated by significant hail damage, the roofing project for the Bennett School District involved the replacement of multiple roofs across several school buildings and auxiliary structures campus-wide. The scope of work included both the installation of new standing seam metal roofs as well as a new flute-fill/overlay PVC roof assembly. The decorative ribs helped maintain the aesthetic of the previous roof, and the added insulation resulted in a more durable and energy-efficient solution.
Challenges
Key challenges included coordinating work schedules to minimize disruption to students and staff during the school year. Careful planning was also needed to ensure safety on the job site, especially given the height and complexity of the roofing systems.
