Project Synopsis
Balfour Longmont, a senior retirement community in Longmont, Colorado, was impacted by a hailstorm that damaged both the metal and shingle roofing components. Additionally, the roof mounted HVAC system sustained damage due to hail impacts. Spyder Construction was contracted to complete the hail damage repairs throughout the property due to our strong relationship that was earned through previous successful projects with the Balfour Team.
Challenges
The project faced several challenges, including working on a steep three-story structure that was fully occupied throughout the project. Coordination with facility management was essential to minimize disruption to the residents throughout the repair process.
Results
The project was successfully completed on schedule and on budget while maintaining the highest level of safety for both the residents and the workers.
