Spyder was selected by the property owner to tackle a complex building envelope repair project. Two large decks were experiencing water intrusion.
Challenges
Based on our previous performance and the complexity of the problem, a leading national engineering firm requested that Spyder assist with the project. As is customary with most multi-family restoration projects, Spyder had to work quickly and efficiently within an occupied property.
Results
Spyder completed this repair and water-proofing within the owner’s time frame, on budget, and with no safety incidents.
