Improperly installed penetration detailing on the amenity deck of this high-rise multifamily complex in downtown Denver led to efflorescence and water intrusion into the garage of the lower floors of the complex. To address these issues and prevent further damage, Spyder was brought in to conduct comprehensive repairs to ensure proper water flow away from the patio surface and planter boxes.
