Soleil Apartments

PROJECT SYNOPSIS

Spyder was contracted to complete a designer’s remodel of this luxury apartment’s clubhouse. High-end finishes included glass walls and doors, a spiral staircase, fitness center, and updated millwork throughout.

CHALLENGES

High-end finishes and light fixtures are always a welcome challenge. This project also included an exterior pool area with a courtyard renovation to add built-in grill stations, a covered pavilion, gas fire pits and a seating area.

RESULTS

The renovated clubhouse complements the high standards of this Centennial Colorado complex.
